1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification documents, which may include but are not limited to:

Failure to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

11ph9 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banking institutions, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and confiscation of funds. You acknowledge that deposit processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. While most e-wallet deposits are processed instantly, bank transfers may require several hours to reflect in your account balance.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. 11ph9 does not charge fees for deposits except where explicitly stated during the transaction process. Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or at the sole discretion of the Company.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made after successful account verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless circumstances make this impossible, in which case alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and may require additional verification before processing.

We aim to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, though processing times may be longer depending on payment method and transaction volume. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. We reserve the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per time period. 4.3 Currency

If you deposit funds in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees and exchange rate margins may apply and will be disclosed during the transaction process.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
